​APPLICATION FEES & RENT PAYMENTS

All application fees & rent payments can be made by one of these methods:

• By certified or cashier’s check (payable to Wilmette Real Estate) & delivered directly to the building manager or mailed to our corporate office at 107 Green Bay Rd., Wilmette, IL 60091

• Via Zelle to deposits@wrechicago.com.

If paying your application fee, the required payment must include:

• A non-refundable application fee of $40 per tenant/applicant.

• A $100 deposit (refundable if the application is not approved).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING ZELLE AS A PAYMENT METHOD

Please include the following info on the "memo" line:

• Property address or building name

• Apartment unit number

• Tenant's/Applicant's full name

• Email address

• Phone number

Example:
